At Sacred Shift Reiki, I offer four intuitive healing services: Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Tarot & Oracle Card Readings, and Heart-Centered Guided Visualization. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and realign with your highest self.
I specialize in the original, no-touch Usui Reiki method, often paired with sound healing instruments like singing bowls and other sacred instruments to deepen relaxation and support energetic balance. These gentle yet powerful tools help restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki Energy Healing

Heart-Centered Visualization
Guided visualization is a proven technique used by Olympic athletes to build neural pathways and achieve their goals through mental imagery. In our session, you'll learn how to use this powerful tool—not just from the mind, but from the heart space, where true manifestation begins. I teach you how to co-create with the universe, claim what’s yours, and step into your role as the magician of your life.

Tarot & Oracle Card Readings
My Tarot Readings are intuitive, heart-centered sessions designed to offer clarity, insight, and soul-level guidance. You’ll choose from over ten unique decks, each with its own energy and message. Whether you're navigating change, seeking purpose, or simply need confirmation, these readings provide a reflective space to reconnect with your truth. Available in person or virtually.

Inner Alchemy: Transforming Shadow into Light & Purpose
This 6-hour immersive workshop blends Hypnosis, Reiki, Dance Alchemy, and Guided Visualization to help you release blocks and reconnect with your higher purpose. Through this powerful mind-body-soul experience, you’ll heal old wounds, clear limiting beliefs, and awaken to your fullest potential—all in a supportive group setting.

About Shannon Egan
Founder of Sacred Shift Reiki | Master Reiki Practitioner
I’m Shannon Egan, Master Reiki Practitioner and founder of Sacred Shift Reiki, where I hold space for healing, transformation, and reconnection to the truth of who we are.
I’m also the founder and CEO of Recovery Movement Consulting, a national firm supporting addiction recovery nonprofits through grant writing, communications, and strategic storytelling. In all I do, my mission is the same: helping people reclaim their power by transforming shame and shadow into light and purpose.
Deeply intuitive from a young age, I followed my inner voice across the world—from reporting on humanitarian issues in Sudan and New York City to publishing my memoir No Tourists Allowed. While those years were unforgettable, they were also unsustainable. I eventually faced the unraveling that comes with unprocessed trauma, and the deeper work of healing began.
As a breast cancer survivor and woman in long-term recovery (sober since 2011), I’ve rebuilt my life from the inside out. Reiki, heart-centered visualization, and spiritual reconnection became my lifeline—tools that helped me move through pain and return to the sacredness of self.
Since 2014, I’ve offered heart-centered guided visualization workshops nationwide, supporting addiction recovery communities with a holistic alternative to traditional 12-step models. I earned my Master Reiki certification under Shaman Sebastian Arismendi at the Utah Energy Healing Center, where I continue to train as an apprentice.
At home, I’m grounded by my beloved rescue crew: Gizmo and Tigs (cats), Lovey and Jagger (senior pups), and my free-spirited rabbit, Paisley—my daily reminders of joy, presence, and unconditional love.
